Our training teaches methodologies aligned with their common reporting and project management requirements, including the ex-USAID ADS 201 logframe, UNEG norms (United Nations) and the AFD Group's Results and Impact Framework (CRI). The Helpazone badge certifies pathway completion based on our own criteria (attendance rate, validated deliverables, exam for certain topics). It is not a certification issued by an external accreditation body.

Programme Management training in Madagascar, the Indian Ocean and Africa

In Madagascar, the pathway runs in person in Fianarantsoa and Antananarivo, or in-house across all regions. Practical workshops on annual work plans and risk registers work best in groups, with the teams concerned.

Across the Indian Ocean and Francophone Africa, the pathway is delivered remotely. The frameworks taught (PMD Pro, PMBOK, European Union requirements and ex-USAID frameworks) are international: they apply identically whatever the country of operation.

Working documents (work plan templates, risk matrices, donor report frameworks) are provided in both French and English, the two most requested reporting languages in the region.
