Our teams don't have time to train during the day. What do you offer?
This is the most common situation among our clients. That's why we run evening sessions (6–8pm, Monday to Saturday), fully online formats, and intensive bootcamps scheduled directly within your organisation. Result: your teams keep working while they train, no operational downtime.
We've been trained elsewhere before with no real results. Why would this be different?
Because we don't sell "courses", we deliver outcomes. Every bootcamp runs on your real data and ends with something usable: a dashboard, automated reporting, a structured database. And crucially, we don't disappear afterward: 6 months of free support to lock in what you've learned. That's what changes everything.
We're a small organisation. Is this really worth it?
Yes, and that's exactly why our pricing is built this way: training starts at 240,000 Ar (≈ $56) per participant. Do the math: automated reporting hours, eliminated errors, reports accepted by donors on the first submission. The training can pay for itself within weeks.
Our staff are beginners. Isn't this too technical for them?
No. Our programmes cover every level, from beginner to advanced, every pathway actually starts with a no-prerequisite Foundation level. Sessions can run in Malagasy, French or English depending on your team. We start from your actual level, not a theoretical standard.
We're outside the capital, or abroad. How does that work?
Very simply: in Madagascar, we deliver in-person training in Fianarantsoa, Antananarivo and across the whole country, and/or online. From Mauritius, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Kenya, Rwanda or any other country in Africa and the Indian Ocean, all our training is available 100% online, live, with the same one-on-one mentorship as in-person.
If we get stuck after the training, who helps us?
You're never on your own: every training includes free personalised support for 6 months, covering the modules taken during your training (we don't cover new topics not addressed in the training itself). It takes several forms depending on your needs and our availability: periodic (monthly) webinars to revisit the most requested features, a Facebook group for peer support between participants, WhatsApp or Google Meet exchanges for occasional questions. On-site presence remains possible, to discuss by email beforehand; travel and accommodation for our teams are then covered by your organisation. Support ends starting month 7.
Do we need to buy expensive software or powerful machines?
Rarely. In most cases, a standard computer is enough (minimum: Windows 10 or 11, Core i5, 8GB RAM). We work with accessible tools: Excel / Google Sheets, Power BI Desktop (free, Windows only), SQL, R. A few specialised packages (SPSS, Stata, NVivo) are licensed: we tell you before enrolment what to plan for, and we help you install whatever software the training requires.
How do we know your training is reliable and recognised?
Every pathway awards a certification badge per level, based on attendance rate and validation of the deliverables produced during training; certain topics also include an exam. Attendance alone, without a validated deliverable, gives a certificate of attendance. Our trainers are active practitioners with 10+ years of experience aligned with EU, UN and ex-USAID requirements, and you leave with deliverables designed to meet the standards of the most demanding donors.
